Home Nursing Services

Features include; Critical care (Tracheostomy Care), Assessment and observation, Preparation and administration of medication, Assisting with elimination (catheter care/administering an enema), Assisted feeding (NGT/PEG tube feeding), and Teaching/caring for post-operative clients.
Caregiver Services
This is a service designed for clients who are not critically ill but require assistance with activities of daily living
Under the supervision of a licensed nurse case manager, our trained caregivers assist the client with the following; Bathing and grooming , Transfers , Toileting , Feeding assistance , Medication administration , Skincare , Exercise and therapy assistance and Light Housekeeping
Hospice Services
This type of care is designed for clients who are no longer pursuing aggressive treatment for an illness. Apart from professional nursing care, our hospice services include but not limited to; emotional and spiritual support to clients, families, and others who need support through the end-of-life process.

Nutritional Services
Nutrition is considered one of the foundations for life and health nutrients needed include water, carbohydrates, fats, proteins, lipids, vitamins, and minerals.
Our dietitians and nutritionists provide nutritional services by creating custom meal programs for clients, educating clients on proper meal preparation and overseeing meals for optimum health and nutrition.
Wound Care
Proper wound care is necessary to promote healing after surgical incisions. Factors that influence wound healing include age, nutrition, circulation, chronic illness, drug therapy, infection and wound environment.
